Meet the team making a difference in our community

Presidents Message

This year will be one of thoughtful transition for the Bellingham Central Lions Club. As our social environment shifts and our number of active members changes, we will focus on learning, adjusting, and strengthening our foundation.

We will explore new, sustainable revenue opportunities and refine how we evaluate and allocate our funds to ensure the greatest community impact. We will also reassess the appropriate level for our reserve fund as the needs of our club evolve. In addition, we will broaden our membership approach to welcome individuals of all ages who share our commitment to service.

These efforts reflect the realities we face today, knowing they will continue to evolve and require ongoing attention.

My personal goal this year is to elevate our support for individuals with low vision and increase community awareness of the resources we offer to help them.

Community Needs Photo – Why don’t you put a picture of Boulevard Park or a Bellingham Neighborhood Street or notable park like Lake Padden or Elizabeth Park actually the Pump Track and/or Acid Ball is pretty relevant today.
